Job Summary
Responsible for executing demand planning processes, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders, leading S&OP meetings, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that impact KPIs.
Collect data from internal and external sources such as customers’ forecast and data/market intelligence that are known to impact demand.
Provide reporting and analysis on the full breadth of Supply Chain Performance, including Backorders, Backlog, DIO, OTD, Forecast Accuracy KPI and forecast bias.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in demand planning
Experience using Demand Planning software and ERP systems (Oracle) preferred
Solid understand of common industry-wide supply chain planning processes preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
