Job Summary
Eliot's Juvenile Justice residential program provides placement for court-involved youth, ages 13 to 21, while awaiting court proceedings assessment, and/or those involved in treatment.
This role supports our residential program by delivering a hands-on vocational curriculum focused on woodworking and project-based instruction.
The Vocational Director plays a critical role in engaging youth, building their skills, and providing a structured, safe learning environment that promotes growth, responsibility, and self-confidence.
