Key Requirements
Associate degree minimum, Bachelor's preferred
5+ years subcontractor management experience
3+ years managing budgetary requirements
3+ years managing and reporting subcontractor activities in a production environment
3+ years facility management experience in a production environment
Knowledge of current industry trends, best practices and technology
Specified focus on HVAC, plumbing or electrical preferred
Operational experience using SAP preferred
Knowledge and successful application of project management practices
