This role serves as a liaison with the current payroll vendor while supporting the Payroll Manager in transitioning to in-house operations.
The incumbent will manage the full monthly payroll cycle, including e-claims reconciliations, statutory tax filings, and final disbursements.
Candidates must demonstrate deep understanding of HRIS/Payroll integration architecture and proficiency in handling National Service make-up pay claims.

Must-have
5 years end-to-end payroll experience
Unit 4 or similar large-scale HRIS
Singapore Employment Act and CPF knowledge
IR8A/IR21 statutory tax filing expertise
Government-paid leave claims processing

Strong interpersonal and team-first mentality
Experience with system transition and data migration
Ability to partner with Finance stakeholders
Confidential handling of sensitive compensation data
Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years hands-on payroll management experience
Diploma or Degree in HR or related field
