Tines is seeking a proactive Learning and Development Partner to design, deliver, and scale learning initiatives that support employee growth and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in Learning & Development, particularly in fast-paced environments, and will work closely with leadership to assess learning needs and implement effective solutions

Job Summary

  • Partner with leaders and teams across Tines to identify skills and capability gaps, implement learning solutions, and drive a culture of continuous development.
  • Create and facilitate engaging learning experiences including workshops, training events, e-learning, coaching, and on-the-job learning.
  • Define success metrics for L&D initiatives and evaluate effectiveness through data, surveys and reporting metrics.
