Key Requirements
Bachelor Degree or equivalent professional experience
2-5 years of warehouse, manufacturing, and/or logistics experience
Knowledge of environmental/safety regulations and policies
Strong critical reasoning skills
Demonstrated ability improving engagement with frontline team members
Ability to analyze data and provide insights (Microsoft suite, PowerBI)
Experience using ERP Systems (Oracle and/or SAP preferred)
