Job Summary
Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines.
Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician and verify the identity of the resident.
Must be able to relate to and work with the ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset, and, at times, hostile people within the facility.
