Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to be responsible for preparing assigned food products to include breakfast items, meat entrees, vegetables, casseroles; different diet consistencies including pureed and ground, thickening liquids and for cleaning and sanitizing the production area and dining area.
Items created in this area can significantly affect the nutritional quality and acceptance level of patient diets and cost containment.
