• Stationary Engineer License (Class 1, 2, or 3)
• 3+ years of experience
• Knowledge of boilers, chillers, HVAC, electrical, and BAS
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Physical ability to climb ladders and lift 50 pounds
