Job Summary

• This role is responsible for applying resin to composite materials, preparing wood veneer to be pre-wetted with resin and application of the plastic core during the molding process of the Baum composite baseball bat.
• You will inspect each piece for imperfections and defects and make necessary repairs, while working with the various production teams to ensure proper scheduling and timely delivery of finished materials.
