Job Summary

  • Youth Program Leaders are responsible for the 24-hour supervision and safety of minors participating in this program.
  • They must be able to identify and respond to issues concerning participant interactions, behavior, mental health, and acclimation to the program environment.
  • This position requires the following clearances in addition to applicable background checks: PA State Police Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form, and Federal (FBI) Fingerprint Criminal Background Check.
