Job Summary

• The Director of Production, Studio leads the planning, production, and delivery of live and recorded programming from Comcast’s Studio 41, overseeing day-to-day activities and acting as a senior production lead for high-visibility projects.
• This role is responsible for managing multiple concurrent productions, including corporate broadcasts, town halls, internal communications, and special events, ensuring each meets Comcast’s standards for creative quality, operational excellence, and strategic impact.
• The position requires translating scripts and concepts into polished, broadcast-quality productions, managing schedules, budgets, and workflows, and partnering with stakeholders to ensure alignment on messaging, creative approach, and execution.
