The MEL Advisor will serve as the central evidence hub for the PIVOT-TPT project, ensuring rigorous data generation, quality assurance, and actionable insights for program improvement and donor accountability.
The position involves designing a comprehensive MEL framework, conducting evaluations, ensuring data quality, facilitating learning and knowledge management, and supporting sustainability and transition planning with government stakeholders.

Key Requirements
Medical Doctor (MBBS) with MD in Preventive and Social Medicine or Community Medicine
6+ years experience in health program monitoring and evaluation in India
Strong knowledge of NTEP guidelines and TB prevention
Experience with SPSS, R, or similar statistical software
Experience with Ni-kshay or similar national health data platforms
