Job Summary
Responsible for reviewing, drafting and carrying out financial modelling, feasibility studies and proposals for capital transactions and/or corporate initiatives.
Part of Group Investment Committee (“GIC”) Secretariat team to manage, conduct and document meeting materials and follow-ups.
Work with legal, financial and other consultants on investment, merger & acquisition, structuring property fund and any related capital markets fund raising.
