Base: $90,000 - $140,000; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary/variable incentive payment possible; Benefits: Comprehensive Total Rewards Program including bonuses and flexible benefits

Must-have
Effective oral and written communication
Complex financial planning experience
Strong analytical and judgment skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Experience with Naviplan Extended or CCH software
Ability to work independently and in teams
Nice-to-have
Financial planning designation CFP or RFP
Investment and insurance industry knowledge

Key Requirements
Ten years of relevant financial planning experience
Professional designation such as CA, CGA, LLB, or CMA
