  • Seeking a dynamic, highly motivated 3rd-4th year associate to join their nationally recognized Labor & Employment Practice Group.
  • Qualified candidates will have experience with expedited relief proceedings, trade secret misappropriation, noncompete litigation, wage and hour class action litigation, union negotiations, advice and counseling, OSHA matters, and single plaintiff employment litigation.
