  • This role serves as the enterprise lead for associate experience data, survey measurement, and advanced analytics, owning both the science and the strategy behind how the firm measures and improves the employee experience.
  • The Director leads a multidisciplinary analytics team including survey researchers, statisticians, analysts, and data scientists to ensure data is scientifically sound and decision-ready for senior leaders.
