Key Requirements

  • Three or more years of commercial real estate transaction and/or marketing and/or sales assistance experience
  • Real estate license is an asset
  • Experience with Yardi and VTS would be an asset
  • Understanding of real estate documentation
  • Some understanding of financial analysis
  • Must be currently authorized to work in Canada on a full-time basis
