Skills & Requirements
Must-have
HCPC registration as Speech Therapist
BSc or MSc in Speech and Language Therapy
Experience working with communication disorders
Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in acute settings
Nice-to-have
Membership of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists
Postgraduate training in dysphagia management
Experience in neurorehabilitation or oncology settings
Involvement in service development initiatives
Previous experience with complex needs patients
