• The intern will be integrated into the Finance & Restructuring Department and will assist the team's lawyers (partners and associates).
• The intern will be involved in the team's cases and will have diverse missions including in-depth legal research, drafting analysis notes, and participating in the drafting and review of credit and security documents.
