Develop, update, and implement Operations SOPs and ensure compliance at site level.
Drive sales growth & improve customer journey through development plans, localization of SFS (Shop Food, Services) guidelines, and project execution at each site.
Collect and analyze sales data to generate insights and create/update action plans.
