Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • RT3 / RT3F certifications required
  • Air Brake Testing and Designated Inspector skills
  • Conduct railcar inspections per FRA and AAR rules
  • Perform mechanical and welding repairs on freight cars
  • Operate machinery including forklifts and large work vehicles
  • Read engineering drawings and follow written instructions
  • Work in confined spaces and elevated heights safely

Nice-to-have

  • Tank Qualification experience is a plus
  • Ability to pass DOT requirements
  • Positive outlook and strong work ethic
  • Experience with internal and external audits
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and customer focus

Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Legal to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Pass DOT requirements and drug screening
  • Obtain Railcar Tech Level 5 certifications as required by location
