Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5-7 years disease surveillance experience
MBBS/BDS/BAMS/BVSc plus MPH degree
Direct IDSP/IHIP government system experience
Stakeholder management with MSU/DSU/ULBs
Outbreak investigation and response leadership
Nice-to-have
Working knowledge of Marathi language
Experience with Smart City digital platforms
Collaboration with private sector hospitals
GIS mapping proficiency using QGIS or ArcGIS
Previous INGO or development partner work
Key Requirements
Master's in Public Health or Epidemiology
Clinical degree (MBBS/BDS/BAMS/BHMS/BVSc)
5-7 years progressive public health experience
Demonstrated leadership in IDSP/IHIP programs
Familiarity with National Health Mission guidelines
