Responsible for the oversight of multiple facility rehabilitation programs, both in-house and contract therapy providers, and mentoring of Directors of Rehabilitation.
Monitors facility therapy staffing ratios, therapist duties, and compliance with company policy and Medicare guidelines, while assisting facilities in achieving survey excellence.
Supports administrators and Regional Vice President of Operations in achieving results, completing operational reviews, and providing training and education to facility leaders.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and/or Speech Language Pathology
Proficient in computer skills for Microsoft Office and utilizing software for SharePoint, Net Health, and Point Click Care
Licensed as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist and or Speech Language Therapist
