Job Summary
The PRD Implementation & Change Management Leader serves as a global process, adoption, and change leader for GE HealthCare’s Product Requirements Document (PRD) and Product Lifecycle processes.
Partner with the PRD Design Senior Director and the Innovation Management System team to drive global PRD and Product Lifecycle processes and the enterprise learning strategy that improves consistency and effectiveness across all segments.
Communicate complex concepts clearly and guide teams to adopt new perspectives using Change Acceleration Process (CAP) methodologies that improve adoption and reduce resistance.

Key Requirements
Minimum 10 years of work experience or Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 5 years in regulated medical device industry

Program Management or Lead System Designer experience
Experience across product lifecycle (Idea to End of Life)
