The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants to maintain the highest degree of quality care.
Responsibilities include administrative functions, charting, drug administration, personnel management, nursing care, staff development, safety and sanitation, equipment and supply management, and care plan assessment.
The role requires participation in continuing education programs and adherence to infection control, safety, and facility policies to ensure a safe and effective care environment.
