Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
Minimum 5 years experience in Quality
Strong knowledge of 8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA
Root Cause Analysis expertise
Very good command of Polish & English
Nice-to-have
Proactive approach and independence
High sense of ownership
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Experience with internal and customer audits
Key Requirements
Eligibility to work in Poland (EU)
Engineering degree in Quality, Mechanical, Industrial, Automation or related field
