Job Summary
The role leads client-facing Salesforce project delivery using Agile principles, ensuring high-quality, on-time, and on-budget execution.
Outside of billable work, this role focuses on strengthening ERM’s delivery methodology by developing standardized processes, reusable templates, and training programs.
This position blends hands-on project leadership with practice enablement, helping ERM scale its Salesforce Digital Services offering with predictable, repeatable, and high-quality delivery.

Salary
Base: $134,000–$166,000 (USD); Bonus/Equity: Eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term/flex force employees are not bonus eligible); Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, parental leave, medical, dental, vision, life, disability, AD&D insurance, 401(k) or RRSP/DPSP, and other applicable benefits
