This role is responsible for managing complex HR data requests and supporting advanced reporting needs from Workday, serving as a subject matter expert in HR reporting.
Key responsibilities include supporting Tier 2 tickets via ServiceNow, developing ad-hoc HR reports and dashboards, and documenting reporting processes.
The role partners closely with the People Experience Solutions team to raise business needs and deliver sustainable, scalable solutions, while also providing training and guidance to Tier 1 support teams.
