Job Summary

  • This role is pivotal in ensuring the operational effectiveness and efficiency of our home, delivering the highest levels of care and wellbeing for our customers.
  • Manage all non-clinical administrative and commercial functions to achieve Home key performance indicators, including occupancy, budgets (expenditure and revenue) and care minutes.

  • Familiarity with HRIS, payroll, time management, financial systems
  • Background checks and NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance may be required
