• The Co-op Transition Advisor plays a pivotal role in enhancing student success by helping develop and implementing comprehensive strategies to improve co-op students’ retention and engagement at both Undergraduate and Graduate levels.
• The Advisor is responsible for collaborating with various University academic and administrative departments and services to create a supportive and inclusive environment that encourage student progression and success through their co-op journey.
• This is a fixed-term contract position expected to conclude November 2027, offering a hybrid work schedule and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and pension plan eligibility.
