Job Summary
The Director, Formulary Operations is responsible for the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of Rightway’s core PBM formulary offerings, overseeing operational and clinical performance and driving innovation.
This role involves leading a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with Product, Data & Insights, and Commercial teams, and serving as a clinical voice for external partners and clients.
Key responsibilities include defining and executing a long-term formulary operations roadmap, overseeing formulary strategy and operations, and serving as clinical lead for rebate strategy and execution.
