Job Summary

  • The Director, Formulary Operations is responsible for the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of Rightway’s core PBM formulary offerings, overseeing operational and clinical performance and driving innovation.
  • This role involves leading a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with Product, Data & Insights, and Commercial teams, and serving as a clinical voice for external partners and clients.
  • Key responsibilities include defining and executing a long-term formulary operations roadmap, overseeing formulary strategy and operations, and serving as clinical lead for rebate strategy and execution.
