Base: $81,400 - $122,000 (Level 3) or $101,400 - $152,200 (Level 4); Bonus: Discretionary annual bonuses available; Benefits: Health insurance, life/disability insurance, savings plan, PTO

Must-have

  • Active US Government Secret clearance
  • Knowledge of NISPOM and DoD Manuals
  • 5+ years Industrial Security experience
  • US Citizenship required
  • Microsoft Office proficiency

Nice-to-have

  • Top-Secret clearance eligibility
  • Familiarity with SIMS, DISS, and NISS systems
  • Excellent leadership and writing skills
  • Ability to work with minimal oversight
  • Experience managing multiple priorities

Key Requirements

  • Active US Secret clearance current within 6 years
  • Bachelor's degree plus 5 years experience OR equivalent
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Ability to obtain special access programs
  • PhD with 1 year or Master's with 3 years experience as alternative
