The supervisor must coach employees, create shared understanding of goals, and reward staff performance while maintaining high customer service standards.
Candidates are expected to assist in maintaining a Health Department score of 90 or higher by enforcing strict sanitation and safety guidelines.

Key Requirements
Must be 18 years of age or older
Current Food Handler's license certificate required
1-2 years of hands-on experience preferred
Working towards High School Diploma or GED preferred
