Job Summary

  • The MADE Automation Engineer is primarily responsible for identifying, developing and implementing automation solutions to improve manufacturing productivity, quality, safety and labor efficiency.
  • This role will also coordinate with manufacturing, quality, maintenance, engineering and external suppliers to ensure automation solutions are technically sound, scalable and aligned with MADE strategy.
  • The position requires supporting robot, motion control, PLC, HMI, sensor, vision and system integration activities, as well as evaluating and improving equipment performance, process stability and automation reliability.

Key Requirements

  • 3-5 years direct experience in automation engineering
  • Bachelor Degree in Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or related field
  • Experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device or advanced manufacturing industry is preferred
  • Direct experience in PLC, HMI, motion control, robotics, sensors, machine vision or industrial communication systems is preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft tools; Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Excellent oral and written communication skill in English
