Silicon testing and debug expertise
Verilog and/or VHDL proficiency

Boundary Scan (IEEE 1149.1) experience

Key Requirements
BS or MS in Electrical Engineering
10+ years Validation/Test development experience
Experience with Teradyne J750 test systems
Hands-on silicon testing including FPGA and ASIC
Familiarity with JTAG debuggers
Knowledge of MBIST, Scan Methods, and yield issues
Proficiency in Verilog/VHDL coding and ASIC/FPGA design flow
