Job Summary

  • As an LPN on our Constitution team, you will deliver 1:1 skilled nursing care, work collaboratively with RN Case Managers, and provide complex clinical treatments.
  • We offer a full-time (40 hours) preferred schedule with 32-hour and 36-hour options available, Monday–Friday, with no hospital shift chaos, overnight rotations, or weekends.
