Employees must report all changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected abuse to the Nurse Supervisor or Administrator promptly.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Monitor vital signs and record data accurately
Assist residents with bathing and dressing
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain strict patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance

Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Participate in shift meetings to improve services
Assist with lifting and transporting residents safely
Demonstrate ability to work independently on shifts
Key Requirements
Must possess a valid state Certified Nursing Assistant license
Minimum 10th grade education required
