Job Summary
As a Legal Manager, you will be joining the Legal, Risk and Compliance pillar, which supports Akaysha’s operations as a global corporation across every phase of the asset lifecycle.
This role will lead legal and strategic support across key FID-stage projects, manage stakeholder relationships and negotiate critical project agreements including offtake, connection, equipment supply, land, and finance documents.
Making an impact in this role will rely on experience across structuring complex project and finance agreements and identifying, allocating, and mitigating legal risks across all phases of a project.
