  • Key duties include thorough contract analysis, developing contract and commercial strategies, implementing contractual procedures, managing claims, variation orders, and insurances.
  • The role requires proven experience in claim preparation and negotiation, understanding of delay analysis principles, contract law, risk management, and experience with NEC and Fidic contract models.
