Job Summary
Leads and manages all Construction, Facilities, Safety, Supplies, Sustainability and Engineering within Store Operations area.
Collaborates with Field Leadership on new store builds, remodels, and capital improvement projects, ensuring delivery on budget and to plan.
Partners with TJX Environmental Health and Safety and Corporate Sustainability to support safety programs and reduce, reuse, and recycle initiatives.

Salary
Base: $146,800.00 - $190,900.00 per year; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual incentive and long-term incentives; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) match, medical/dental/vision, paid time off, and more

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or Business, Field related or equivalent experience
