Job Summary

  • Leads and manages all Construction, Facilities, Safety, Supplies, Sustainability and Engineering within Store Operations area.
  • Collaborates with Field Leadership on new store builds, remodels, and capital improvement projects, ensuring delivery on budget and to plan.
  • Partners with TJX Environmental Health and Safety and Corporate Sustainability to support safety programs and reduce, reuse, and recycle initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or Business, Field related or equivalent experience
  • 7-10 years retail experience
  • 3-5 years store management experience
