Coordinate and participate in recruiting, hiring, and managing staff while ensuring compliance with employment documentation and payroll.
Organize and conduct in-service education programs to maintain nursing and facility staff competency and oversee infection control and safety drills.
Provide direct resident care, maintain confidentiality, and assist with disciplinary measures while supporting facility inspections and regulatory compliance.

Key Requirements

Minimum 1 year direct patient care in long term care
Minimum 1 year education program experience in nursing
2+ years experience preferably in long term care
Maintain good standing with State Board of Nursing
