The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees are responsible for reporting all changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected violations of protected health information immediately to supervisors.

Must-have
Assist residents with daily hygiene functions

Perform lifting and moving of residents up to 25 pounds
Document care entries in PCC system
