Job Summary
Become knowledgeable in all the manufacturing processes involved with producing wire & cable as well as cable & T/C assembly best practices.
Work closely with the Engineering and Operations teams to ensure efficiency of production floor processes and implement process improvements.
Identify root cause of nonconformances and develop corrective/preventative actions through use of various problem-solving methods.
