Job Summary

  • The primary goals of this position are to ensure rapid adoption and maximum customer success with 10x Genomics' products.
  • You will act as the main point of contact between customers and the company while coordinating site trainings and demonstrations.

  • Hands-on NGS workflow proficiency
  • Histology techniques including tissue processing
  • Strong customer service commitment
  • Willingness to travel up to 60%

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with spatial gene expression assays
  • Previous customer facing experience
  • Familiarity with SFDC software
  • Ability to work independently

Key Requirements

  • Ph.D. or 6-8 years experience in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology or Genetics preferred
  • Demonstrable knowledge with data analysis software
  • Clear vision of providing outstanding customer service
