Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalency
  • 1 year experience paint shop operations
  • Proficient use of basic hand tools and measuring devices
  • Basic understanding of blueprint interpretation
  • Must pass visual acuity exam
  • Must pass FAA Drug Screen
  • Comfortable working with chemicals

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in self-directed teaming environment
  • 3-5 years experience in manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with 5S & lean manufacturing knowledge
  • Ability to proactively work with limited supervision
  • Demonstrates ability to work effectively in a team

Key Requirements
