Job Summary
Manages and oversees the planning, operation, repair, and maintenance of heating/cooling, power plant, electrical, emergency power, fire protection systems, plumbing, grounds and carpentry.
Develops and recommends operating and capital budgets and controls expenditures within approved budget objectives.
