Job Summary

  • This role will coordinate and manages the two-year FMNR HERITAGE Project which seeks to adopt FMNR model to reach out to farmers to restore degraded lands and increase soil health for improved food security.
  • The Project Manager is required to use existing national and regional stakeholder forums, including platforms coordinated by government institutions and development partners working on restoration and climate resilience to promote dialogue among stakeholders.
  • The role holder is required to scale up Farmer-Managed Natural Regeneration (FMNR) and by working with traditional authorities and local land users in restoration planning and utilization.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of master’s degree
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience
