  • The core objectives of this position require the administrative support of all non-technical processes to allow the DataSphere technical team to build Proof-of-Concept (PoC) solutions for Data, Analytics and Machine Learning projects.
  • Key activities include general lab management, answering emails, organizing folders, developing a hiring channel/process, providing process direction for hires, ensuring work standards, processing hours, supporting training needs, and managing contracts and documents.
  • The role also involves ensuring timely billing/payments for sponsors, managing final project items, and overseeing purchases for software and vendors, as well as collating, anonymizing, and organizing client PoC work for the Use Case Library.
