The ideal candidate should have a background in administration or HR, preferably within the interior design or construction sector, and should be comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment

Job Summary

  • This role is key to keeping the business running smoothly by managing day-to-day administrative, HR, and office operations.
  • The successful candidate will handle invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping using Xero while coordinating insurance policies and office contracts.
  • Candidates will support hiring requirements, manage employment contracts, and ensure compliance with MOM regulations.
